Cees Bantzinger 1914-1985. Draughtsman, watercolorist and illustrator. From 1932 he studied at the Institute for Applied Arts, (later the Gerrit Rietveld Academy) in Amsterdam. He specialized in drawing from live models. After the war Bantzinger started working in the theater world. Standing between the wings of city theaters he drew actors and actresses in action.
