Yasse Tabuchi (1921-2009) Born in Tokyo, Japan. Studied art history. After his studies, he went to Paris in 1951 where he quickly made a name for himself with his abstract works. He made friends with other Japanese artists in Paris, but also with some members of the COBRA movement.
